Creating a Support Ticket
The best way to create a support ticket is to log into your H-Sphere control panel and use the Support Center located there. To do so, click the button above and enter your username and password. You will be brought to a page where you can access the support center. Click "Support Center" in the menu, then click "Make a Ticket". Enter all the information in the fields provided and someone will begin work on your ticket within minutes.

If you have any problems getting into your H-Sphere account, please send us an email at hostingsupport@cyerasolutions.com, or open a ticket via the Web form, which you can access via the button above. You can also email us at the address above to sumit a trouble ticket to support. A ticket will automatically be created by our support system when we receive your email.

Learn how to accomplish H-Sphere tasks via our Macromedia Flash movie tutorials and be up and running in no time at all. The movies cover everything from email to advanced domain options and are a great source of information. While much of the information in the Flash tutorials is available in the Knowledge Base, this format allows you learn in a visual, step-by-step format.
