Generate a Support Ticket
Though we welcome your phone call and would like for you to use whatever method is best for you when contacting support, opening an online support ticket
via our help desk interface is the fastest way to get your support request handled. Simply log into your H-Sphere control panel and generate a support ticket. For more information, click the GO button below. You will be taken to the H-Sphere instruction page which will guide you through the process of opening a support ticket.
Or you can email support at hostingsupport@cyerasolutions.com. Be sure to note the domain for which you are requesting support and a description of the problem. A support ticket will be created and a representative will receive a page.
