Most questions can be answered in less than five minutes by using our knowledge base. If you feel that something is missing from the knowledge base, please contact us at admin@cyerasolutions.com and make a suggestion. Custom suggestions frequently make it into our knowledge base and we are constantly improving the user experience.
Instructions for Accessing the KB:
In order to access the knowledge base, you must be a customer. Please click the button above to launch the H-Sphere control panel. When the page launches, you will need to log in and click the "Support Center" menu option. (See the images to the left for user interface examples.) When it drops down your options, click "Knowledge Base" and you will have access to all the information that our tech support staff uses to troubleshoot support issues. You can search the knowledge base for answers to common questions, as we as answers to more specific issues that you may be experiencing. Our support technicians use our knowledge base to answer your questions, and update it as necessary with relevant information that they gather from trouble tickets and phone conversations that they have with users.
Flash Video Tutorials
Our custom-designed Flash tutorials will get you the answers you need in an interactive learning format. Learn how to accomplish H-Sphere tasks via our Macromedia Flash movie tutorials and be up and running in no time at all. The movies cover everything from email to advanced domain options and are a great source of information. While much of the information in the Flash tutorials is available in the Knowledge Base, this format allows you learn in a visual, step-by-step format.
